Today we celebrate the feast of St. Augustine! What an amazing feast day to remind us to pray for the conversion of sinners. Through the grace of God and the unceasing prayers of his mother, St. Monica, St. Augustine not only converted, but became a bishop and doctor of the Church!
On an interesting note, today is also the memorial of St. Moses the Black. Check out the parallels between the these two saints, who also share a feast day!
